Pulsar Properties construye una plataforma de 20.000 metros cuadrados en Guadalajara

May 2019. The real estate company Pulsar Properties has begun the construction of a logistics platform in Fontanar (Guaalajara). The works are carried out on a plot of more than 30,000 square meters and the facility will have a total of 19,452 square meters and will have 17 docks.

The CEO and founder of the company, José María Alaña, has visited the facilities with the mayor of Fontanar, Víctor San Vidal, who has confirmed the granting of a license at the beginning of this new construction.

Pulsar Properties was founded in 2002 by a group of professionals linked to the logistics real estate sector since the 1990s. In January, the company announced the creation of a joint venture with the companies KKR and Round Hill Capital, which started with the purchase of four logistics development projects in Madrid and Barcelona.

The statement issued by the company explained that "the four properties constitute the first investments of the Pulsar Iberia Logistics joint venture in Spain, a country that presents very positive indicators for logistics investment, with a high demand and at the same time, a low supply of logistics products, as well as an economy with a solid track record”.

Already at that time, Pulsar announced that the joint venture would continue "in search of new logistics investments in prime locations in Spain and Portugal, with the aim of expanding its logistics platform in southern Europe."
