Los nuevos parques log\u00edsticos e industriales se caracterizan cada vez m\u00e1s, por aplicar mayores criterios de sostenibilidad y respeto por el medio ambiente. Deben ser espacios flexibles y adaptables para acomodarse a los cambios que demandan los operadores log\u00edsticos y que el mercado les impone. La automatizaci\u00f3n, rob\u00f3tica y nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, son tambi\u00e9n piezas fundamentales en el desarrollo futuro. Otra tendencia es la concentraci\u00f3n de actividades en grandes centros log\u00edsticos y almacenes XXL, junto con la creaci\u00f3n de espacios flexibles cercanos a los puntos de entrega de mercanc\u00eda, favoreciendo la actividad log\u00edstica last mile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La digitalizaci\u00f3n ha sido la causante que ha hecho posible la transici\u00f3n del papel a las herramientas digitales. Son muchas las tecnolog\u00edas que est\u00e1n transformando el sector de la log\u00edstica como: los modelos de proyectos 3D, permiten el an\u00e1lisis de rendimientos y el control de los con sumos de energ\u00eda, ofreciendo mayor confort y ahorro de costes. La utilizaci\u00f3n de sensores o sistemas de monitoreo que mejoran la eficiencia y durabilidad de los edificios. La metodolog\u00eda de trabajo BIM genera un gemelo digital que nos permite controlar las operaciones y poder predecir el futuro comportamiento del edificio y tomar decisiones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La socio sostenibilidad est\u00e1 en la base de nuestra filosof\u00eda. Somos conscientes del impacto de nuestras acciones en el entorno, en el medio ambiente y en las comunidades en las que operamos, por eso, promovemos nuestros proyectos buscando el equilibrio entre el desarrollo social y su relaci\u00f3n y mejora del entorno y el medio natural.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nos encontramos en pleno desarrollo de Pulsar Logistics Park T\u00f3rtola en T\u00f3rtola de Henares, Guadalajara, un centro log\u00edstico a la vanguardia del S. XXI, en el que estamos creando un nuevo parque de m\u00e1s de 569.000 m2 de superficie total. Nos enfrentamos a desaf\u00edos como: la complejidad regulatoria, las nuevas normativas y los plazos excesivamente largos para el desarrollo de suelo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p
