Madrid/Barcelona, July 15, 2019.- Centralized Logistics Activities (ALC) has rented a 20,000 m2 logistics platform in Parets de Vallés (Barcelona) from Pulsar Properties to support its clients in Catalonia and address its expansion in the northeast area of the peninsula.
The warehouse has 35 loading docks, 29 for trucks and 6 specifically for vans, and a capacity to store up to 19,000 pallets.
The logistics complex is strategically located next to the AP-7, on a 35,000 m2 plot, and has been conceived according to European standards and under BIM design criteria. It has fire-resistant structural elements, its own PCI warehouse and a wide maneuvering area. The ship has obtained the international LEED SILVER certification, which guarantees that it has been built and operates according to sustainability criteria.
This platform is a project for the rehabilitation and expansion of an existing warehouse, promoted by Pulsar Properties to include it in the portfolio of Pulsar Iberia Logistics, a joint ventureformed by the investment firms Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), Round Hill Capital and Pulsar Properties at the end of last year, as an investment platform specialized in logistics assets, this being the second that it incorporates into its portfolio.
