Madrid, July 2, 2020. Pulsar Properties has just completed the works on a new logistics platform in the municipality of Torija, in the Corredor del Henares, where it is currently working on a similar project that is expected to end at the end of July.
The new platform has 32,000 square meters of buildings and 29 docks. With this action, Pulsar Properties already exceeds 100,000 square meters developed in less than two years and that are concentrated in four large projects:
Execution by Ferrovial
The execution of the work on this new platform has been carried out by the construction company specialized in logistics, Ferrovial, which today handed over the keys to Pulsar Properties.
Pulsar Properties, for its part, leaves its mark and its unique seal on this new Torija platform based on quality and know-how in the new assets it develops or those it rehabilitates.
Constant improvement: LEED Silver certification
The Torija platform, like all Pulsar Properties projects, has the latest technological innovations and is currently in the process of obtaining LEED Silver certification, which the rest of Pulsar's assets already have, and granted by the US GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL.
The LEED Certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an internationally recognized certification system for sustainable buildings that is awarded based on a series of requirements related to sustainability applied to various fields. For example, it places special emphasis on the optimal use of energy, its source and its impact on the environment, as well as on habitat restoration; optimal use of water; the reuse of materials for construction or the minimization of the carbon footprint as well as the constant commitment to improve the strategies implemented.
