Madrid, June 9, 2021. Pulsar Properties has sold a 24,800 m2 plot of land to Linde Gas España for the construction of a new plant specializing in the production and distribution of industrial and medicinal gases.
This implementation contributes significantly to the economic activity of the municipality of Torija and its area of influence, which has become one of the main poles of attraction for business investment in the Henares Corridor, making Torija one of the most active municipalities in the area, in which Pulsar Properties has carried out two other relevant projects in the last year.
