PK Blue Logistics, alliance formed by H.I.G. Capital, PULSAR KREAN and SAVILLS Investment Management, promotes rehabilitation projects of more than 190,000 m2 of industrial and logistics infrastructure in different industrial parks in the national territory, with a total investment of more than 160 million euros.

Continuing with its expansion plans in the north, PK Blue Logistics announced this month the project for the rehabilitation of an industrial and logistics park in Vitoria-Gasteiz, called PK Blue Vitoria-Gasteiz II, in the facilities that belonged to the former CEGASA, a strategic location, with which the company adds another 70,000 m2 of industrial and logistics buildings.

Specifically, the project occupies four buildings, two rehabilitated 25,400 m2 and 14,600 m2 and two newly built totaling 30,000 m2. All the buildings will have offices and complementary services and their accessibility will be both through loading-unloading docks and level accesses for heavy, delivery and light vehicles.

It also has an office building, the former corporate headquarters of the CEGASA group, with a very unique architectural design that will maintain its authenticity after the rehabilitation that will provide it with the benefits currently demanded.

The park will have parking spaces for heavy and light vehicles, with modernized access control and will have high standards of quality and architectural uniqueness, since the rehabilitation will be carried out with scrupulous respect for the cultural and historical value that the complex represents . In addition, during the rehabilitation, the social, environmental and good governance ESG criteria will be taken into account, starting with the positive environmental impact that the rehabilitation will have in terms of waste management and the certifications that will be requested, so that the buildings have the Leed Gold seal.

In addition to the aforementioned action, PK Blue Logistics also has three other projects underway in Vitoria-Gasteiz, specifically in the Jundiz park: a Cross Docking platform, a cold Logistics Installation and, lastly, the old Industrial Installations of Daewoo, which adds up to more than 70,000 m2 of industrial and logistics buildings to rehabilitate or generate.
