This assessment coincided with what was pointed out by the Minister of Economy, Business and Employment of Castilla-La Mancha, Patricia Franco during the inauguration, who said that "one of every four foreign investment projects captured in the region since 2015 are related to the logistics activity”
As for the main challenges for logistics real estate, the lack of land, the sharp increase in construction costs, digitalization and rehabilitation, linked to the so important sustainability, were confirmed.
