In the words of its CEO, José María Alaña, "a few years ago it was difficult to find investors in our sector, but today, largely due to the growth of e-commerce, real estate logistics has become one of the safest values ​​for the investment". This assessment coincided with what was pointed out by the Minister of Economy, Business and Employment of Castilla-La Mancha, Patricia Franco during the inauguration, who said that "one of every four foreign investment projects captured in the region since 2015 are related to the logistics activity”

As for the main challenges for logistics real estate, the lack of land, the sharp increase in construction costs, digitalization and rehabilitation, linked to the so important sustainability, were confirmed.
