Leed certificate for the logistics platforms of pulsar properties in Ontigola and Parets del Vallés

The Green Building Council of the United States (US Green Building Council) has certified with the LEED certificate, the last two platforms developed by Pulsar Properties in Ontigola and Parets del Vallés, included in the portfolio of the Joint Venture Pulsar Iberia Logistics formed between KKR, Roundhill Capital and Pulsar Properties.
